Description:
The goal of the emergency telephone service is to secure and support the survival of the citizens of the municipality around the clock at home. Security phone customers are elderly, disabled, long-term ill, war invalids and customers covered by family care support. Security telephone alarm reception system to be acquiredincluded as a mandatory offer to Bidders is the system implementation model, including devices and services:
- Security telephone alarm reception system, including server space provided by the Supplier, as well as system installation and maintenance services, technical support and training services
- 4G or5G networked security phones and security wristbands based on GPS positioning
- Accessories to be connected to security phone devices, such as fire, carbon monoxide, fall and door alarms
- Guidance for users of the system and devices
- Pick up and delivery of devices to the Subscriber Actions specified by the Subscriberto the nipples. (The customer is responsible for the installation of the devices for end users)
- Security phone alarm processing as a service for night time (22:00-7:00)
- As an option, security phone alarm processing as a service (7:00-22:00)
Security phones refer to alarm transmission devices and security phone customer wristbandssa or an alarm button worn around the neck, through which the security telephone customer is connected to the reception of the alarms of the organization of the welfare area. Subscriber organizations themselves are responsible for receiving alarms in the morning and evening shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and for organizing security assistant visits around the clock....
