Description:
The object of the procurement is the security services of the University of Oulu and Oulu University of Applied Sciences Oy. The whole includes local guarding, district guarding, alarm monitoring, alarm monitoring and order monitoring services as described in the request for tender.
Procurementthe targeted service and the minimum requirements for it are described in more detail in the tender documents.
The procurement unit reserves the right to make additional and supplementary purchases from the selected service provider. These are partially described in appendix 1. Service description.
The contract is valid for a limited period of time kaksi (2) years, after which it continues to be valid indefinitely, unless the Agreement has been separately terminated before this. However, the Agreement will end no later than eight (8) years after the Agreement enters into force. The service operation is scheduled to start on August 1, 2024.
The procurement contract does not include volume purchaseobligations and does not give the Service Provider the exclusive right to provide the Service to the Subscriber. The quantities of procurement vary during the contract period as needed.
MANDATORY DEMONSTRATION ON CAMPUS
Before making an offer, it is required that the bidders visit the premises of the Customer. The provider is ossubject to a mandatory screening on January 8, 2024. Visits are not organized at other times.
