- City of Kotka, Kotka -Hamina Regional Educational Association (Ekami), Kymijoki Nutrition Services and National Board of Antiquities (Merikeskus Vellamo's other operator) request a offer - district guard services - alarm visit services - order guard services - local guard services - safety alarm service- Both related to the alarm center emergency/alarm control in accordance with the invitation to tender and its annexes. The procurement shall be carried out as other joint procurement in accordance with Article 21 of the Procurement Act (1397/2016), in which the contracting entities agreed on the implementation of a single procurement jointly. The purchase is madeAgreement with one service provider. The procurement is carried out as a framework arrangement, as the acquisition needs of security services may vary by service and by target within the contract period.
