Description:
The object of the procurement is security systems and services related to security technology. The Criminal Sanctions Institute acquires security technology used in prisons and a security technology maintenance service. The procurement covers all prisons of the Criminal Sanctions Institute. This procurement is divided into the following areas: 1. Safety technical systems2. Access control system3. LukitusThe products that are the subject of the procurement and the related services by sub-area are described at a general level in Appendix 1 of the request for participation Preliminary description of the procurement object. Procurement-related requirements are also included in other requests for participation in the appendices. The candidate can participate and be selected in one or more sub-areas. CONTRACT PERIOD The procurement framework contract period is fixed for 5 years, after which the framework contract can be extended with a maximum two (2) year option period. SCOPE OF THE PROCUREMENT The anticipated value of the procurement is estimated €21,000,000 (VAT 0%) for the entire contract period, including the option period. The estimated total value of the procurement is divided by sub-area as follows: The anticipated value of the security systems in sub-area 1 is approximately €13,000,000-15,380,000 (VAT 0%) The anticipated value of the access control system in sub-area 2 is approx. €3,000,000 - €4,200,000 (VAT 0%) The predicted value of sub-area 3 Locking is approx. €700,000 - €1,420,000 (VAT 0%)
