Description:
The North Karelia procurement is requested to provide an offer to Riveria, the North Karelia Educational Association for a virtual learning environment. The implementation must include a functional / interactive virtual safety walk in the industrial environment and the virtual customer / threatening customer in the shop environment. Virtual environments should be made by 3D laser reservoirs the correct environments designated by the subscriber; Enocell's Uimaharju factory area and Joensuu Penttilä S-market. This is a reverse tendering where the elected supplier will be paid a pre -decided fee of EUR 140,000 (VAT 0 %). Comparison of tenders is made solely by qualitative criteria.
