Description:
The acquisition is the purchase of electrical energy used by the Alva -Companies Group in their properties. The acquisition does not include losing electricity or self -use of power plants.
The applications are the properties of Alva-Companies, pumping stations, substations and other locations. Delivery covers an open electrical energy Delivery and price protection portfolio management service. A few locations are provided with the possibility of obtaining electricity as a spot delivery without a price protection service. In addition, the procurement includes the proximity of the origin of renewable electricity as an option.
To the agreement may Increase or can be removed within normal turnover.
All volumes presented are estimated and the subscriber does not commit to the amount of procurement. Invitation to tender More detailed information on the use of electricity is attached.
In addition, the agreement includes a one-year follow-up option from January 1 to December 31, 2030 with the approval of both parties.
