Description:
The customer acquires framework contract partners for planning and expert services for the entire Senaatti Group area. The customer has geographically divided Finland into 11 different sub-regions. In each geographical area, 5 separate design fields are contested:
* Architectural design
* Construction directionittelu
* HVAC/HVAC design
* Building automation design
* Electrical design
Design and expert services refer to design work related to various maintenance projects, customer changes, small investments and indoor air repair works, supervision, cost calculation andother consulting work, the costs of which are generally below the EU threshold. eur (includes all areas)
The supplier is required to have the security measures required by TL IV in its premises and practicesreligious arrangements, incl. information systems.
The goal is for the contract to work even in exceptional circumstances and in situations of disruption to normal conditions, but the procurement does not involve the need for material (to be stored for the customer) preparedness for situations of disruption to normal conditions and exceptional conditions.
The editor can do itoutsources its tasks included in the framework agreement to subcontractors. Companies may register as bidders as a group. Grouping means the cooperation of companies to obtain a procurement contract.
