• Tuomi Logistiikka Oy is tendering consulting services for top management direct search (headhunting) by the Pirkanmaa welfare area. Direct search refers to a recruitment method in which potential candidates are actively searched for using different methods utilizing and they are contacted directly. The applicant must apply for the position so that the application can be taken into account when filling the position. A direct search is done, for example, by utilizing the supplier's networks, talent pools or using social channels, e.g. LinkedIn. A direct search is to be announced for a public search, which is handled by the subscriber's recruitment. The service provider cooperates with the Customer's HR experts throughout the process. The task of the direct search consultant is to find people suitable for the client's needs for top management positions persons. The company doing the direct search must show the subscriber the methods used in the direct search and the number of people contacted. The price includes all stages of the service process: • An initial meeting held with the subscriber in accordance with the subscriber's needs• Finding, contacting and interviewing candidates based on the set application profile and selection criteria• Report and comparison of applicants• Presentation of the results of the direct search with the client• Participating in the interview process• Supporting the decision and for both the customer and the applicant candidate Option, if necessary:• Implementation of suitability assessments/psychological testing for top candidates A maximum of three (3) service providers will be selected as service providers for the framework arrangement...
