Kurikka City Sports Services will ask the service providers (business ID) and instructors (tax card) for participation in the supplier register regarding the guided power training of seniors.From 1.9.2025.
The target of the acquisition is:
1. Group exercise for the elderly. Guided and goal-oriented strength training
2 for people over 65. Elderly power groups. Guided and goal-oriented strength training
contracts over 65 years of age are made starting.9.2025 (target). Agreement from the supplier registerto be made for an indefinite period.which is carried out at the gym of the Jurva Sports Hall. Guided exercise is implemented in group exercise classes, where you practice muscle fitness with or without equipment. The aim is to maintain and improve muscular fitness, which in turn affects balance, mobility and general ability to function.
