Description:
The acquisition is the renovation of Sepantie, Tasalantie and Iivarinranta streets and water supply in Rovaniemi. Water supply construction work on the contract section 1 will be carried out during 2025 with the intermediate units presented in the tender documents. In 2026 (option) the rest of the street and water supply work will be carried outBoth the groundwork for the contract section 1 and 2, as well as green and finishing work. More specifically, contract boundaries are reflected in the design drawings and tender documents. The contract is implemented as a unit price -based total contract. The contract includes building streets and water supply for tender documentsin accordance with. A more detailed description of the contract is presented in the invitation to tender and in its annexes. The contract is settled at the total price of contract parts 1 and 2. The unit prices given are also valid in 2026. The contract price is not tied to the index. The subscriber reserves the right to obtain the option of 2026 work. SubscriberNotice the use of the option by the end of December 2025 at the latest. The option is about the right of the subscriber, not the obligation.
