Description:
The object of the procurement is the collection and transport work of the bio-waste generated in the small-house housing in the Lohja and Nummela settlements and comparable to it, as back loading work.
The procurement is one contract, the Tenderer offers from one contract area. Contracting will start in stages from the Lohja agglomeration starting on 01.09.2023 andFrom the Nummela agglomeration from 01.11.2023.
This tender takes into account the EU Commission's proposal for the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. Emissions in traffic should be reduced, e.g. by replacing fossil fuels with renewable and low-emission fuels and motive power.
Subscriberrequires that in both two contract areas the transport equipment that is fully and primarily employed uses, alternatively, either biogas or HVO-type fuel (EN 15940).
Cars can use sulfur-free diesel oil as fuel at the start of the contract. Renewablethe fuel is put into use within four months of the customer's notification. The matter and its changes to contract compensation are presented in more detail in the contract program.
