Description:
The acquisition is subject to a continuation service for server, storage and backup equipment in accordance with this request for participation and the terms set out in the Annexes. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the "OP APPENDIX 1 DESCRIPTION". The aim of the acquisition is to get Istekki Oy(Also "subscriber" and "procurement entity") For the use of a follow-up service for server, storage and backup equipment whose equipment manufacturer has a guarantee of the equipment manufacturer. The service under procurement must cover the entire area of mainland Finland. The service is, in principle, performed at the subscriber's offices.The agreement is valid for a fixed period of twenty -four (24) months calculated from the time of the signature of the contract. After that, the agreement will continue to be valid for an indefinite period. The subscriber selects one (1) supplier with whom it concludes the contract. The procurement agreement will only be used by IstekkiAnd the parties to the contract resulting from the contract are only Istekki and the selected supplier. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that the owner-customers of Istek are not the parties, parties to this tendering or the agreement on the basis of it, and otherwise do not join the acquisition. The anticipated acquisitionValue per one (1) contract year is approximately EUR 110,000-130 000 (VAT 0 %) and the estimated value of the acquisition for 48 months is 440,000-520 00 (VAT 0 %). The acquisition amounts presented in the procurement documents are estimates and does not form the contract for the subscriberquantity purchase obligation.
