- This acquisition covers expert services that support the customer orientation of Kela's shared services and the design of work and customer service environments. The services are implemented in close cooperation with the key personnel of joint services and various stakeholders, and their goal is to support Kela the renewal of common services and the journey towards the future image of internal services. The acquisition includes three areas:
• sub-area 1: Designing customer-oriented operating methods
• sub-area 2: Service design and coaching
• sub-area 3: Designing service environments
