• 1. SUBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT The subject of the procurement is the service guidance to be implemented in the Rovaseutu employment area (Rovaniemi and Ranua). 2. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract period is one (1) year, the contract period starts in April-May 2026. The procurement includes the possibility of two to the option year. The subscriber decides to use the option. The option is about the subscriber's right, not obligation. 3. NOTIFICATION AND PROCUREMENT PROCEDURE This is a small procurement below the national threshold, to which the Rovaniemi City Group's small procurement instructions.4. PRICE The hourly price of the service must be stated without VAT (VAT 0%). The price must include all the costs of providing the service. The subscriber does not pay any other fees. The offer price is binding for the entire contract period (includes options) time.5. INVOICING AND PAYMENT TERMS The payment term is 21 days net. Invoicing is carried out in accordance with the invoicing information provided by the customer via online invoicing, as implemented afterwards. Interest on late payment is in accordance with the Interest Act. 6. APPLICABLE GENERAL CONTRACT CONDITIONS The general contract conditions of public procurement in service procurements (JYSE Palvelut 2025) apply to the procurement, to the extent that this call for tenders and its appendices do not state otherwise. 7.
