• Description:
• Delivery of service kitchen machines and equipment as well as furniture installed at Karhula school center. Appendix to be completed (provide the requested information and price the offered products) "Equipment specifications Karhula school center" and kitchen plans (floor plans) are attached to the request for tender. The costs are shared between the city of Kotka and Kymijoen Ravintopalvelut Oy in the manner stated in the above-mentioned appendix "Equipment specifications Karhula school center". Suitability of offered products the location must be confirmed from the drawing. The competition is carried out in an open procedure. The selection criteria for the competition is the overall economic affordability, and the lowest price offer is used as the comparison basis. The procurement contract/order is entered into effect after the procurement decision becomes legally binding or when the market court grants the procurement decision an execution permit and after both contracting parties have signed a written procurement contract. The offeror commits himself to everyone with his offer to the terms and conditions of the tender documents and possibly additional information provided during the procurement procedure. The procurement unit has the right to check the information provided by the bidder in its bid documents before making a procurement decision. If the given information are not true, the tenderer may have to be excluded from the procurement procedure. Device deliveries will start on January 4, 2027. The warranty period for the devices starts when the devices and furniture have been delivered, but the warranty period calculation starts when the devices...
