Description:
Market survey and potential tendering is the service level measurement of paved roads (ptm) with laser technology in a measurement area, which includes the following traffic and infrastructure responsibilities for vitality centers: Uusimaa Vitality Center, Southwest Finland's Vitality Vitality Center, Inland Finland's Vitality Center, Central Finland Life Center, Eastern Finland Respense Center, Southern Ostrobothnia Viivulain, Ostrobothnia Viability Center, Northern Finland's Vitality Center and Lapland Vitality Center including the measurement implementation project and the necessary equipment that cover The needs of the bus office.
Service level measurement (PTM) refers to the length and transverse profiling of the coating based on laser technology, and the generation of the properties of the coating from the profiles obtained (eg cross-profile - Poor depths, length profile - IRI, RIDE and macro harshness) within the time limits given to the subscriber's system. In addition to these, the acquisition may also include other road surface data production such as photos, videos, damage information or point clouds or something similar information. The data will be used to determine the policies of the pavement repair, the performance targets and the road network status, programming and monitoring measures.
