- The object of this acquisition is the service management system (ESM system) of the Lapland Welfare District (hereinafter referred to as "Lapha") as a total service, including the Implementation Project, Software Service and Expert Services.
The overall development of Lapha's service management is done in stages during the contract periodn and as a continuous process. During the implementation phase, the focus is on Laphan Information Management and Digital Services (Tee have the possibility to expand the use during the contract period according to their needs to also cover other processes, such as personnel management processes. The goal is to expand the system to different units in accordance with needs and demand as further development work within the limits allowed by the contract.
