Description:
The target of procurement is the target of a service management system, which includes service logging management, service request management, service level management, self -service portal, interference management problem management, change management, knowledge management, user management and AI.The information system product or products used to provide the service must be ready -made software. The acquisition includes a delivery project and support services for the period. The subject of the acquisition is described in more detail in the invitation to tender and in its annexes, especially in Annex 1 Description ".
The contract period
In the first phase, the contracting entity shall enter into a fixed -term twenty (24) monthly contract with the contract provider. After that, the contract will continue to be valid for an indefinite period.The estimated value exceeds the EU threshold under section 26 of the Procurement Act.
