Description:
The City of Vantaa organizes the service purchasing of the machines needed for the maintenance and cleaning of the public areas of tenders as an hourly charge-based job and for some of the target groups for the acquisition as a guarantee lesson. The service to be purchased always includes a machine and a driver.The tenderer may submit an offer to the target audience purchased from one or more machinery. If the tenderer offers more than one machine for the same target group, it is up to the tenderer to make several tenders, depending on how many machine machines are offered. The subscriber does not commit to obtaining services in this procurementin accordance with the quantities of competitive equipment. A framework arrangement is formed between the suppliers selected by the tenders, which is modeled on the target group on the basis of the total points received by the machine, with the most points on the target groupPrimary machinery when ordering service. The second -most scorer is the next one to order the service, and the third most point machine is followed by and so on. The machines that have received the same score will be ranked in order of the framework order.The subscriber selects all the machines that meet the requirements of the invitation to tender and the maximum amounts indicated in the entire acquisition in Annex 3 for the purpose of the acquisition in Annex 3 as a contract vendor for the contract suppliers.
