- This request for tender asks for a price for the demolition work of the gas station in Laitila, Kaukolantie. Therefore, the city acts as the client. The demolition contract includes demolition works, as well as landscaping of the demolition area after the contract. In addition to site management duties, the contract includes construction technical and HVAC work. According to the attached documents. The work includes e.g.- The buildings located on the property and it demolition of structures and removal of other yard structures of the service station.- All necessary HVAC work- Demolition of harmful substances- Proper recycling of waste with waste fees and reports- Landscaping of trenches and filling of the existing ground surface to level Soil cleaning is not part of this contract. The contractor must present a demolition material and construction waste report, which must show estimates of the amount of demolition materials generated in the construction or demolition project. Demolition material and construction waste clearance is to be updated after the completion of the construction or demolition project in such a way that it shows information about the quantities of construction and demolition waste transported away from the construction site, delivery locations and processing. On the separate collection obligation of construction and demolition waste is stipulated in Section 15 of the Waste Act (646/2011) and in the regulations issued pursuant thereto.
