Description:
The city of Tampere is requesting bids in accordance with this request for bids and its attachments. The tendering process procures coaching services in accordance with the Act on the Organization of Employment Services (380/2023). Through an open procedure, one service provider is selected, with whom we will work indefinitely existing procurement contract. The content of the procured service is described in more detail in the description of the procurement object attached to the request for tender. The tender request attachments can be found in the Tender Request attachments section. The anticipated value of the procured service exceeds that of public procurement and license agreements the threshold value for procurements in Annex E of the given law (procurement act 1397/2016) according to § 25, so the procurement act is applied in the bidding process.
