- The object of the procurement is ServiceNow expert services in accordance with this procurement announcement and its attachments. The contract period is three (3) years and it starts when both parties have signed the contract. The customer has the right to extend the contract for three (3) periods of one (1) year during the option period. The customer informs the Supplier's contact person of the option's implementation no later than four (4) months before the end of the contract period.
