- The four-hectare recreational area managed by the Defense Forces Service Center, Blue Waves, is located on Taipalsaari on the shore of Saimaa.Departure inspections according to the instructions of the Defense Forces Service Center. Regional care services are provided annually during the summer season 1.4. - 31.10. The contract period is 1.4.2026 - October 31, 2027. The acquisition includes additional acquisition for the period 1.4.2028 - 31.10.2028 and 1.4.2029 - 31.10.2029.Description of the content of the service is indicated by the service description of the invitation to tender (Annex 1).
