- The Kainuu Welfare Area (Subscriber) requests offers for pathology services, which are more detailed later in this document. The estimated start date of the agreement is 1.1.2026. The actual contract period is two (2) years. The contract period may be extended with two one year During the option season, when the contract period is 2+1+1 years. Pathology services acquired include both the services needed by the Kainuu welfare health centers and the pathology services needed by the Kainuu Central Hospital. The invitation to tender must submit a total offer to cover Pathology services needed by the Kainuu welfare area health centers and the Kainuu Central Hospital Pathology Service Unit in accordance with the invitation to tender. Attached is the contact details of Kainuu health centers. The service to be procured includes tissue samples taken by Kainuu health centers, Cell samples and gynecological papa samples (non-screening samples) taken with the traditional papa method. For non-screening-PAPA samples, sample jars, papa boxes, shipping bags and boxes come from the service's productive laboratory and the required postage Reply selected service provider.The number of services in procurement pathology is decided by the subscriber. The subscriber does not commit to certain samples.
