• Services for using the electricity grid The procurement unit's goal is to acquire a service provider for the implementation of electricity grid use services, which is able to produce the service in a high-quality and cost-effective manner, a long-term strategic partnership within. The goal is in particular for the service provider to utilize the existing know-how in operational monitoring and the personnel transferred from the Subscriber so that the monitoring and operation of the electricity network can be organized in a cost-effective manner. In addition the aim is that the inclusion of the information systems and related services necessary for the services of using the electricity network in the target of acquisition enables a higher quality and more efficient organization of services, the utilization of economies of scale, and achieving overall economic cost savings. The goal of the procurement is to achieve overall financial cost savings in monitoring and operating the use of the electricity network while ensuring the quality of operations, operational reliability and compliance with legislative requirements fruition.
