  PRELIMINARY SCOPE OF THE PROCUREMENT The subject of the procurement is described in the Annex "Subject of the procurement". GENERAL This notice is not a procurement announcement or a Call for Tenders, nor does its publication initiate a tendering procedure. The purpose of this Prior Information Notice is to identify potential suppliers operating in the market and their offerings. Responding or not responding to this Prior Information Notice does not prevent participation in a possible future procurement process. MARKET DIALOGUE Turun Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy (Turku University of Applied Sciences) and the University of Turku (together, the “Contracting Authority”) are carrying out a joint procurement of the devices to be acquired. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to conduct potential market dialogue in the form of written comments on draft tender documents. At this stage, no company-specific meetings are planned. However, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to arrange company-specific meetings (via Microsoft Teams) if deemed necessary. The opportunity to comment on the draft tender documents is preliminarily planned to be arranged once before the publication of the final Call for Tenders, regardless of the format.
