Monetra Oulu Oy procurement services requests your offer to its customers involved in the procurement (hereinafter also "customers") for sewer opening, flushing and TV filming in accordance with this request for tender and its attachments. transport, facility services, outdoor field areas), Oulun Sivakka Oy and Oulun vesi.
