• The North Ostrobothnia Rescue Service has started its operations on January 1, 2023. The rescue service has approximately 400 full-time employees and 46 rescue stations. 41 of the rescue stations are also operated by the contracted fire brigade, of which one rescue station is owned and operated by the contracted fire brigade.
  OYS First aid is one Suoof the largest first aid services, which serves approximately 415,000 residents, handling approximately 70,000 first aid tasks per year. In OYS First Aid, there are four 24-hour healthcare emergency rooms, 42 first aid units, two field management units and a doctor's unit in the North Ostrobothnia region.More than 400 employees work in the first aid service.
  Northern Ostrobothnia welfare area's rescue service and first aid handle operative rescue operations and first aid 24 hours a day all year round.
  The object of the procurement is the rescue operation and first aid of the North Ostrobothnia welfare areawork shift planning and resource management system of operative personnel.
  The operative operation of the emergency department and first aid takes place in different shifts of different lengths. There can be dozens of different shift types. The employee always belongs to a certain basic shift cycle that defines the jobthe author's working hours and holidays in accordance with collective agreements or local agreements.
