• OBJECT OF PROCUREMENT
  The subject of this framework arrangement are ship travel services and related additional services in the sub-areas defined below, as well as services related to the smooth booking and check-in of ship trips under the conditions defined in the framework agreement (Appendix B).
  The framework arrangement is shared into four (4) areas:
  • Section 1: Meeting, cruise and Itinerary trips from Helsinki to Aland and Stockholm
  • Section 2: Meeting, cruise and Itinerary trips from Turku to Aland and Stockholm
  • Section 3: Meeting and Cruise trips to Tallinn
  • Section 4: Route trips to Tallinn.
  Acquisition the object is described in more detail in the tender request and its appendices, especially in appendix 1 "Procurement object".
  Hansel has the right to extend the validity of the framework agreement for a maximum of two (2) years in an option period of one (1) year under the terms of the framework agreement. See also point 6.2 of the framework agreement in Appendix B.
  The procurement contract can only be concluded during the validity period of the framework contract. The procurement contract can be valid for a maximum of nine (9) months after the end of the framework contract. Also reservations must be made no later than nine (9) months after the end of the framework agreement. See also point 6.3 of the framework agreement in Appendix B.
  Purchases based on the framework agreement can be made during the validity period of the framework agreement. However, the customer can obtain a framework agreement subject to...
