Description:
We request your offer for Tampere Infra's measurement and ground survey services. Measurement services include: services provided for the needs of data model-based infrastructure, authority and design projects. The ground survey entity includes eg. required by soil surveysdrilling work, sampling, groundwater pipes installation and laboratory work. In addition, ground surveys include ground radar and geosal design.
The acquisition is divided into three sub-areas:
sub-area 1: Measurement services (approx. € 500,000)
sub-area 2: Drinking and laboratory work (approx. € 400,000)
Section 3:Geo planning (approx. € 80,000)
Sub -bids are allowed. This means that the tenderer can offer one or more areas. Inside the area, all points should be provided.
This is a service acquisition exceeding the EU threshold with an expected total value of approximately 980000 € (VAT 0 %). The division of the total value by sub-areas is assessed above. Part-area estimates do not bind the subscriber. The procurement procedure is an open procedure in accordance with Article 32 of the Procurement Act. The acquisition shall be subject to complementary terms JYSE 2014 Services (April 2022 update) GeneralTerms and conditions. The acquisition involves agreeing on a framework arrangement and a framework arrangement with several actors.
The maximum number of contractors to be selected for the framework arrangement shall be nine (9) service providers, three (3) service providers for each sub-area.
