- The Northern Ostrobothnia Welfare Area (later PEHue) asks for your offer by sitting on the combination machines to be driven in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. In order to reach the bidding comparison provider, you can offer one or in each area below:- item) Sitting on a combination machineSmall target) Sitting a combination machine The major procurement contract is valid for two (2) years, plus a 1+1 year option. The subscriber decides on the use of the options separately. The acquisition unit selects one (1) supplier for each area whose solution is price-quality ratioThe best (most economically advantageous). In addition, the subscriber decides separately on the possible maintenance agreement and its extent after the warranty period. Estimated equipment consumption quantities are notified to the tendererOnly to support the offer. The procurement agreement does not constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the contracting entity, but the actual consumption may be higher or lower. ProcurementImplemented each year within the framework of the appropriations. If no year is granted at all, the procurement of the procurement decision will not be made in that year. The subjects of the acquisition are not describedin the tender documents.
