Description:
The project includes the renovation of the terraced courtyard play, green and access areas. The property was built in V. 1991. The land structures are partially renewed in the yard. The surfaces of the green areas and playhouses are shaped and renewed to the new use plan. Planting and play yard equipment will be renewed according to the plan. The surface structures of the front yard entrances will be renovated. The rainwater system is built: adding the guts, rainwater pipelines and wells. A new rainwater system will be connected to the city's stormwater network. In connection with the heating channels and water pipes between the houses, will be renewed as a side contract. The chosen main contractor digs, spreads, insulates and covers the channel excavations and builds the coming upholstery.
