• Description:
• The object of the procurement is the cleaning and adjustment work of ventilation ducts and terminal equipment in properties owned by the Oulu rental house group Sivaka. In the procurement, the customers are Oulun Sivakka Oy, Sivakka-yhtymä Oy and Oulun Tervatalot Oy. Agreement is concluded with each customer. This is a one-time contract, including the cleaning of the building's ventilation ducts, valves, grilles and ventilation machines and the replacement of filters. More detailed site-specific information about the scope of the contract is available presented in the attachments of the request for tenders. The procurement is divided into four (4) sub-areas: 1) Cleaning and adjustment work of the ductwork of the intake and exhaust ventilation systems of individual apartments2) Cleaning and adjustment of the ductwork of the intake and exhaust ventilation systems of service buildings adjustment work3) Cleaning and adjustment work of the ductwork of universal duct exhaust air systems4) Cleaning and adjustment work of apartment-specific mechanical exhaust ventilation systems The tenderer can submit a bid in one or more sub-areas. One bidder can however, to be selected for a maximum of two (2) sub-areas. The work is performed during the contract period in both empty and occupied apartments. The work performance also includes work-related information, picking up/returning keys, protections, tools, work tools and equipment as well as waste collection and removal. The contract period is planned to start on March 15, 2026. The start schedule is an estimate and the agreement is only created with the signature of both contracting parties.
