• With this framework arrangement, the customer is looking for suppliers for the HVAC design of residential properties under construction, renovation and renovation. Procurement is divided into two areas: 1) new construction sites, HVAC design 2) major renovations and basic improvement items, HVAC design The tenderer can submit a bid in both areas or only in one area. The contract period is planned to start on May 1, 2026. The starting schedule is an estimate and the agreement is only created by both contracting parties with a signature. The contract includes the possibility of one year-long option period. New construction sites, HVAC design The planned objects are apartment buildings and townhouses in the Oulu area. The work includes building engineering design planning tasks according to appendix 1.1 of the list of tasks TATE18 (RT 10-11290) regarding HVAC design, starting from the draft design phase and ending with the end of the warranty period. The task also includes: • tasks related to quality assurance • planning and participating in site meetings throughout the planning and construction period (approx. every four weeks, for approx. 2-3 years).
