Description:
The object of the acquisition is maintenance cleaning services in the properties of Sivaka, a rental house group from Oulu. The group includes three companies: Oulun Sivakka Oy, Oulun Tervatalot Oy and Sivakka-yhtyma Oy. The contract is concluded with each company.
The acquisition is geographically divided into two sub-areas:
Sub-area 1: Haukipudas and Kellon Kiviniemi
Sub-area 2: Herukka, Pateniemi, Rajakyla, Tuira, Puolivalinkangas and Pikisaari
The provider can offer both areas or only one of the areas.
The spaces to be cleaned are the stairwells, elevators, saunas and club rooms of apartment buildings and small houses, laundry closets and storage for sports equipment and strollers. Apartment cleaning is not included in this purchase.
The contract period is planned to start on April 1, 2026. The start schedule is an estimate and the agreement is only created with the signature of both contracting parties. The agreement is valid on 31.3.2028, which after that, it is possible to extend it with a notice period of three (3) months until March 31, 2031. The decision to extend the contract is made by the customer.
The contract is concluded with one service provider/sub-region.
Sub-area 1. Haukipudas and Kellon Kiviniemi
The cleaning sites included in the procurement are located in the city of Oulu Haukiputaa and Kello Kiviniemi area.
Sub-area 2. Herukka, Pateniemi, Rajakyla, Tuira, Puolivalinkangas, Pikisaari
The cleaning sites included in the acquisition are located in the Heruka, Pateniemi, Rajakyla, Tuira, Puolivalinkanka and Pikisaari areas of the city of Oulu.
