• Description:
• The object of the acquisition is the restaurant services of Teatteritalo in the city of Jyvaskyla.
  The renovation of the Teatteritalo started in the fall of 2024, and it is estimated to be completed in May 2026. Jyvaskyla City Theater will start operating in the renovated Teatteritalo in August 2026 and performances in September 2026. Approximately 60 people work permanently at the City Theatre. The city theater produces around 250 performances, visits or concerts during the performance season. There are around 50,000 60,000 viewers during the season. In addition, a significant number of other occasions and events are organized in the premises.
  Theater building restaurant services include 1) restaurant services during performances for the audience of the Teatteritalo, 2) meeting and event catering and 3) other restaurant services of the Teatteritalo (cafeteria and lunch food service). It is a license agreement, the aim of which is to offer the city theater's customers and functional and high-quality services for the staff and other users of Teatteritalo's restaurant services, and to develop restaurant services jointly between the selected supplier and the city theater. The bidder who is selected as the supplier will get the restaurant premises located in Teatteritalo for rent here in accordance with the conditions specified in the request for tenders and its annexes. The goal is that the production of restaurant services will start no later than September 1, 2026.
