Description:
The goal of the service is to promote the customer's placement in work or study as quickly as possible. The service provider is looking for an on-the-job training place for the young person participating in the service. Before learning on the job, the service provider organizes a sector-specific one for the participants of the orientation training. The length of the knowledge-based training is 10-20 days. The areas to be trained are sales and customer service, cleaning services and property maintenance. The training is organized as a group service. The service's target group is primarily Unemployed jobseeker clients under the age of 30 in the Jyväskylä and Muurame employment area. The service is especially aimed at customers who do not have professional training. The service is purchased for a maximum of 50 customers during the contract period. The total duration of the service is 40-60 days / customer. In addition, the aim of the service is to test a result-based pricing model based on effectiveness. The pricing model combines performance-based and results-based.
