- The acquisition focuses on a 3-spike RTG negative skull rack system for microsurosurgery, which can be attached to the surgery level. The system consists of the following parts: (a) Skin rack attached to the surgical level and (b) disposable sterile spikes. The hardware is intendeduse in procedures that use a lot of scanning (3D C-arch, mobile TT device, angling equipment), which is why the manufacturing material must be such that it causes minimal artifact to the images. In practice this means primarily either carbon fiber orplastic alloys.
