Hyvinkaa's technology and environment department requests your offer for formate solutions used to prevent slippage in traffic areas in accordance with this request for tender and its appendices. It is a framework arrangement and the request for tender is divided into two (2) different areas: 1. Sodium formate solution (approx. 23% solution)2. Potassium formate solution (approx. 40% solution) Three (3) bidders will be selected as contract suppliers for each sub-area. If there are less than three (3) acceptable offers, less than three (3) bidders can be selected. affordability by sub-area. The basis of comparison is the cheapest offer by sub-area. The offer with the lowest price will receive 100 points in the offer comparison. the delivered products must meet the conditions of section 6.
