With this request for information, the contracting entity is investigating overall services on the market from the tool for customer satisfaction measuring (later "system") as a SaaS service. The planned procurement also includes physical feedback equipment. The overall service must include the following sections: • Customer ExperienceCollecting • Physical Feedback • Equipment Maintenance and Service Services • Opportunity to study and analyze the collected data • System and hardware Supporting Services Collecting Customer Experience The future acquisition is to be used to measure city satisfactionThe tool to make, manage and analyze customer and personnel satisfaction surveys and their results. It must be possible to design the appearance of the surveys in accordance with the brand of the City of Rovaniemi. The system is looking for a ready -made information system package. Queries make and feedbackdealing with city workers. The surveys are targeted at city employees and clients (municipalities and companies). Measuring customer satisfaction should be as clear, accessible and unobstructed as possible to achieve the opinions and needs of all municipalities. InquiryThere is a need for about 60 years and the process of producing and managing surveys must be clear.
