- South Karelia Welfare Area (later welfare area / subscriber) requests bids for the acquisition of substance abuse rehabilitation. The procurement is divided into two areas: a) substance abuse rehabilitation without substitution treatment b) substance abuse rehabilitation with the possibility of replacement treatment. The offer can be submitted from one or from both areas. The contract period is 1.1.2026 - 31.12.2026. The agreement is accompanied by an option on the extension of the contract period for 2027, 2028 and 2029. The use of the option is notified about six (6) months before the end of the contract or year of stock.
