Description:
On the basis of the tender, a contractor will be selected for the construction technical minor work contract for the new construction site in part C of Koulunmaeki. The contract includes small works performed at the site, e.g. as follows:
Performance of work related to the site's general occupational safety, e.g.
▪ protective and safety railings and fences
▪protection of openings
▪ footbridges, stairs and scaffolding
▪ corrections of deviations found in weekly TR measurements to the extent that they are not part of other procurement packages
▪ correction of safety deficiencies that require immediate corrective measures before projectarrival of the contractor included in the inta package
site protections
▪ sealing of openings
▪ protection of structures and materials
activities related to site maintenance and upkeep and organization
▪ construction sites and storage areas
▪ work areas
▪ construction site infrastructure
▪construction of platforms, ramps and ramps related to material hauling
▪ construction of protective walls and vacuum rooms
▪ auxiliary work related to environmental management
construction technical work
▪ various small structures or work related to structures
▪ opening of holes, through-holes,clogging of spring gaps, etc.
various emergency or urgent works
▪ e.g. related to possible water damage, etc.
monitoring work
▪ e.g. monitoring and maintenance related to rental equipment or machines on the construction site, e.g. heating equipment and condition management
