Description:
The city of Kouvola is looking for framework contract partners for the city's small demolition works for the year 2026. The orders are demolition works of small buildings in the city of Kouvola. The demolition work assignment may also include subcontracting, e.g. asbestos demolition work. The objects of the assignments are located in the Kouvola area. The most typical objects are wooden detached houses with foundations. The demolition assignment usually includes the dismantling of the building's HVAC-telephone systems from the property, digging and plugging in the places indicated by the customer, and leveling the demolition area. In the framework agreement and in the assignment the YSE 1998 contract conditions are applied, unless otherwise stated in the request for tenders or the contract. All bidders who meet the suitability requirements of the request for tenders, the eligibility conditions and the criteria of the procurement target can participate in the framework contract arrangement. During the contract period, there is no commitment to any procurement quantities. Orders giving according to the attached draft contract. Before starting the work, the contractor provides a written estimate of the contract costs of the object. The date and completion of the work will be agreed upon before starting the work. Basically, the framework contracts of this competition are used by Kouvola Facilities services and the Department of Technology and the Environment, but also other city units can use framework agreements.
