Description:
The environmental department requests your hourly price quote (VAT 0%) for felling and clearing work in city areas and for the removal of tree stumps. branches. The works are carried out "when the ground is thawed", except for possible emergency works. The contract price is tied to the land construction cost index (December 2025). with process supervisors in the city's public areas. The estimated annual workload is 100 hours (the estimate is not binding on the customer). there is no quantity purchase obligation. Two to five (2-5) eligible contractors are selected for the framework contract. in priority order based on availability at the time of need, from cheapest to most expensive. price (VAT 0%). because quality is taken into account in the procurement criteria. YSE98 contract conditions apply to the procurement. The goal is to conclude a framework agreement for the period 1 January 2026-31 December 2028
