Description:
Kauniainen city cleaning services acquires the weekend maintenance cleaning service of the Kauniainen library and the daily maintenance cleaning service for the temporary contract period 1 January 2026 - 31 December 2027. The length of the contract period is two (2) years. The subscriber also has the right implements one (1) option year for the period 1.1.2028-31.12.2028. Kauniainen city library is located at: Thurmaninaukio 6, 02700 Kauniainen. The library is open during all opening hours, which is why the maintenance cleaning service is also needed on weekends. On weekdays, the premises are cleaned by the city's own worker. The premises to be cleaned on weekends cover 778 m2 and the working time is 3 hours/day. In connection with the weekend maintenance cleaning service tender, the city also tenders the weekday maintenance cleaning placement cleaning service. Facility caretaker for weekends and weekdays the service and quality descriptions of the location cleaning service are in attachments 1 and 2. The cleaning service is performed with Kauniainen city cleaning tools, materials and machines and in accordance with the conditions specified in the procurement notice and the attached service and quality descriptions and other documents. It is worth noting that the object is cleaned so-called chemical-free and the service provider must have sufficient expertise in chemical-free cleaning.
