- The Object Of The Tender Process Is Lab Scale Thermal Processing System (later Also “equipment”). The System Should Be Able To Perform Continuous Heat Treatments For Low And High Viscosity Food And Cellular Agriculture Materials [e.g. Aqueous Dispersions Of Plant-based Ingredients (flours, Protein Powders), Yoghurt Base, Biomass From Microbial Fermentations] For Research Purposes. Used Or Refurbished Unit Can Be Considered As Well. Used Equipment Can Be Maximum Five (5) Years Old. The Refurbished/used Equipment Must Fulfill All The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Invitation To Tender.
