- Sarastia Oy's procurement services is asking for offers for small accessories in the technical field, which include the hand tools, spare parts and supplies needed for construction and installation work. The competing products include hand tools, drill bits, washers, screws, bolts and drill bits. Also competedthe products to be bugged include the so-called small chemicals (or maintenance chemicals), which include various varnishes, oils, lubricants and spray paints.
The tenderer must be ready to provide a shelving service for customers using the contract. Shelving service means tasks for the customerreliable deliveries of goods, which are based on customer-specific verified use of the products. In the shelving service, the supplier brings products to be separately agreed with the customer to a place/shelf/cabinet to be separately agreed with the customer, from which the customer takes the said products into use as neededaccording to us. The implementation of the shelving service is voluntary for the Subscriber, and its implementation is decided on a per-subscriber basis during the contract period.
The contract also includes an automatic warehouse service and an on-call service as optional options for the Bidders. Automated warehouse service and on-call serviceoffering them is not a prerequisite for submitting a bid, but producing them will give you additional points in the bid comparison. The introduction of the automatic warehouse service and the on-call service during the contract period is decided on a customer-by-customer basis.
