• Smart House - In the Living Lab project of sustainable construction, a portable mini-house is built. To strengthen the structure, a steel beam frame is made for the house. This tender concerns the manufacture of a steel beam frame according to the attached documents the defined allocation within which the procurement is carried out. The Procurement Act does not apply to this purchase, as its value falls below the national threshold value of 60,000 euros (VAT 0%). The customer has the right to leave the procurement without implementing this request for tender in accordance with, if the bids significantly exceed the amount reserved for the purchase.Älytalo - Sustainable building Living Lab Implementation period 1.9.2025 - 31.12.2027 The goal of the Älytalo - Sustainable building Living Lab group project is to support SMEs transition towards low-carbon, digitally controlled construction that promotes building health. To achieve the goal, the project develops a new type of R&D environment that combines a mobile, mini-sized smart house, an electronic BIM information model and a digital twin. The smart house functions as a physical testing platform where companies can try, measure and validate new material and energy solutions as well as building automation technologies in real conditions. The BIM data model assembles the structures of the smart house, building technology and measurement points into a three-dimensional, updatable data set and at the same time serves as a tool for planning and official reporting, as well as a digital twin data warehouse.
