Description:
Eloisa, the welfare area of South Savo, will conduct direct procurement from the ICS ICS control system for digital and information services for the contract period for an indefinite period of 1.8.2025. The Mikkeli Central Hospital equipment management unit is used by Deko Medtech Oy Supplied by Belimed Autoclave ICS control system. The ICS system support is about to end on December 31, 2025 and the application and the related server environment should be upgraded to the new Smarthub software version. The acquisition includes a version update from ICS software to Smarthub and software maintenance The expected total value of the demanding Belimed Smarthub service. The estimated total value of EUR 22,970.00 (VAT 0 %) has been calculated for an indefinite contract for 48 months. The expected total value of the acquisition entity exceeds the national threshold of € 60,000 to Belimed autoclave In view of the value of the maintenance agreement required by the space and support services. The service agreement will be decided separately.
