Description:
With this request for tenders, HUS will purchase hot drink vending machines, water vending machines, soft drink vending machines, snack vending machines (temperature neutral), food vending machines and smart vending machines/smart refrigerators. The goal of the acquisition is to increase customer and personnel satisfaction. Bankinna also aims to increase the 24/7 services necessary for staff and patients.
Vending machines are mainly needed in HUS's public facilities, where both HUS staff and patients can use them. Vending machines can also be located in staff premises, in which case the vending machinese are only used by HUS personnel.

The offer is divided into sub-areas and the offer can be left in one or more sub-areas (1-6). The provider must offer all service models within the sub-area (e.g. there will be hot-drink vending machinesoffer large and small models with the full service model and large and small models with the partial service model). Therefore, partial offers within the sub-area are not allowed.
2 suppliers are selected for each section.
The value of the entire contract period is a maximum of 300,000 euros.
I'm asking for a quotethe estimate of the scope of the procurement or the quantities to be procured is not binding on HUS. HUS does not commit to any minimum purchase amount.
The contract period is limited for the first two (2) years. After this, it can be extended with two one-year option periods.
